When I read this line, I felt something tickle my stomach, and I actually checked to see if there was a snake. I thought it was funny how when I read this, it actually went through my mind to make myself believe this is actually happening. (Wrong place... Sorry)

The racist skirmish was because Harry only respected the doctor when he thought that he was in need of him. Than when he realized that he was in no danger and did not need the doc. he was racist towards him being an Indian. It shows self pride how he only respected people when they are helping.
Doctor bumdadumdum, how he's a good guy when he rushed over to help and how he did everything possible.
How would you not know when this song is not on you! Crazy.
